Winston is a 1.5 year old Chihuahua mix and weighs 8 lbs.  He is good with other dogs and around children.  He is friendly, active and easygoing.  He is not a barker and walks well on a leash.  Winston was relinquished by his owner who rescued him but was not allowed to have more than one dog.
